Terms and Conditions

  • ·       Company acknowledges that this Agreement creates no real property interest in the Membership Space and that H&H maintains full ownership and control of the Membership Space for the duration of the Membership Agreement.  Company further acknowledges that this Membership Agreement does not create a landlord/tenant relationship between H&H and Company. Company acknowledgements are essential terms of the Agreement.

    ·       At all reasonable times during the Membership Term, H&H and its representatives shall have the right to enter any part of the membership space, including private offices, for any reason.

    ·       Company shall promptly notify H&H or have Member of Record promptly notify H&H of any damage or situation that interferes with the normal use of the Membership Space.

    ·       Company shall not make copies nor allow copies to be made of any keys for the premises. At the request of the Company or Member of Record, H&H shall provide one spare key per member at no cost.

    ·       At any time after the entering into of this Agreement, H&H may substitute the Membership Space for a comparable Membership Space, provided that the Membership Space shall be similar to the original Membership Space in location, size, and configuration. H&H shall pay the actual and reasonable expenses of physically moving Company, their property and equipment to the new Membership Space, H&H shall give Company not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice of such substitution.

    ·       By using our internet and network service, member hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy, and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the network and internet, whether the connection is facilitated through wired or wireless technology. Security issues include, without limitation, interception of transmissions, loss of data, and the introduction of viruses and other programs that can corrupt or damage your computer and/or data. Accordingly, you agree that the owner and/or provider of this network is NOT liable for any interception or transmissions, computer worms or viruses, loss of data, file corruption, hacking or damage to your computer or other devices that result from the transmission or download of information or materials through the network or internet service provided and agree to hold harmless H&H for any damages caused using the internet and network services.

    ·       Company shall designate Member(s) Record in Exhibit B Membership Agreement Members of Record to H&H. Member(s) of record will be the sole individuals provided with membership benefits and access to the memberships space.  The Member(s) of Record will be the individual(s) that H&H releases one (1) entrance door key and/or fob, and one (1) office door key per Member of Record. Member(s) of Record can be updated at any time by written request of Company or H&H.

    ·       All loading and unloading of goods and merchandise shall be done only at the times, in the areas and through the entrances designated for loading and unloading purposes by H&H. Any damage done to buildings, structures, ramps, sidewalks, drives, lights, meters, and piping shall be the responsibility of Company, even if this damage is caused by independent suppliers.

    ·       The delivery or shipping of merchandise, supplies, and fixtures to or from the premises shall be subject to any rules and regulations, as, in the judgment of H&H, may be necessary for the proper operation of the building.

    ·       All garbage and refuse shall be disposed of in dumpster containers as specified by H&H and shall be prepared for collection in the manner and at the times and places specified by H&H. If H&H shall provide or designate a service for picking up refuse and garbage, Company shall use this service at H&H’s cost. Company shall pay the cost of the removal of any of Company Groups refuse or rubbish.

    ·       No aerial, antenna, or any other item shall be erected on the roof or exterior walls of the premises or on the grounds without, in each instance, the prior written consent of H&H. Any aerial or antenna installed without prior written consent shall be subject to removal without notice at any time. Company shall be responsible for the cost of any removal and/or repair to the roof caused by Company Group.

    ·       No loudspeakers, televisions, phonographs, radios, lights, or other devices shall be used in a manner to be heard or seen outside of the member’s private office if so, provided with membership services without prior written consent of the H&H.

    ·       Company shall not place or allow any member of Company Group to place or permit any obstructions or merchandise in doorways, vestibules, and sidewalks.

    ·       Company Group shall park their cars only in those portions of the parking lot designated by H&H.

    ·       The plumbing facilities shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they are constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind shall be thrown  or deposited therein. Any expense due to breakage, stoppage, or damage resulting from a violation of this provision shall be paid by Company when Company Group has caused such damage.

    ·       Company shall not burn any trash or garbage of any kind in or about the premises or building unless prior written consent is received from H&H and such procedures are conducted specifically in approved burning facilities and allowed by Federal, State, County or City ordinances, Company Group shall not use or allow the premises to be used for overnight sleeping or the use as a domicile.

    ·       No pets shall be kept at the premises.

    ·       No signage or advertising media may be placed in the membership space without prior written consent, except for that that may only be seen from within the members private office.

    ·       No-smoking in building or within 20 feet of building entrances

    Code of Conduct

    1. Purpose

    This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and behaviors expected of all members and guests of PetroSuites. Our goal is to create a supportive, and collaborative environment conducive to work, networking, and professional growth.

    2. Scope

    This policy applies to all members, guests, staff, and any other persons involved with activities at the coworking space.

    3. Community Standards

    Respect: Treat all individuals with respect, dignity, and courtesy. Respect personal space and the personal property of others.

    Communication: Communicate openly and honestly, avoiding profanity, derogatory remarks, and inappropriate language.

    Inclusivity: We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where diverse voices are welcome in conversations. Discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.

    Collaboration: Encourage collaboration and interaction among members. Share knowledge and foster connections that benefit the community.

    4. Use of Space

    Shared Resources: Respect the shared nature of the space. Keep communal areas clean and tidy. Return items to their original place after use.

    Noise Control: Be mindful of noise levels. Use headphones when listening to audio content and keep phone conversations in designated areas to avoid disturbing others.

    Meeting Rooms: Book meeting rooms in advance and vacate them promptly at the end of your booking time.

    5. Safety and Security

    Personal Safety: Do not engage in or threaten physical violence. Report any suspicious or unsafe activities to management immediately.

    Security: Ensure that doors are closed and locked as required. Do not share keys or access codes with unauthorized persons.

    6. Compliance with Laws

    All members must comply with local, state, and federal laws while on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, regulations related to drugs, alcohol, and weapons.

    7. Consequences of Misconduct

    Violations of this code may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of membership.

    9. Review and Amendments

    This Code of Conduct is subject to periodic review and amendments.

  • Reservation and Usage:

    • Conference room reservations must be made in advance through our website which links to the Skedda booking system.

    • Usage is limited to the reserved time slot only. Please adhere to the scheduled start and end times to avoid inconveniencing others.

    • No unaccompanied children outside of the Meeting Rooms.

    Cleanliness and Upkeep:

    • The individual or group who reserved the room is responsible for its cleanliness and upkeep during and after use.

    • Please leave the room in the same condition as you found it, free of debris, personal belongings, and food waste.

    • Food waste should be disposed of in the outside dumpsters.

    • Clean up any spills immediately.

    Furniture and Equipment:

    • If you move furniture, please return chairs and tables to their original positions after use.

    • Ensure all equipment (projectors, whiteboards, markers, etc.) is turned off and properly stored after use.

    Whiteboards:

    • Clear whiteboards after use. Do not leave any personal or sensitive information behind.

    Personal Belongings:

    • Do not leave personal belongings in the conference room after your reservation. Unattended items will be removed.

    Food and Drinks:

    • Food and drinks are allowed, but please be mindful of spills and crumbs. Dispose of any trash properly.

    Noise Level:

    • Maintain a reasonable noise level to avoid disturbing neighboring workspaces.

    • If participating in audio or video conferences, keep the volume at an appropriate level or use headphones.

    Emergency Exits:

    • Keep emergency exits and pathways clear at all times. Do not obstruct doors or fire equipment.

    Report Issues:

    • Report any technical or cleanliness issues to the office staff promptly.

    Respect and Consideration:

    • Treat the conference room as you would your own space. Be respectful of others who will use the room after you.

    Consequences of Non-Compliance:

    • Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in restricted access to the conference room or other appropriate actions. A $50 clean-up fee will be assessed for failure to clean up or other non-compliance of rules. Second offense will result in $100 fee.

First H&H reserves the right, from time to time, to amend or add to the above terms and conditions and to adopt any additional rules and regulations applicable to the membership. Notice of such rules and regulations and changes and additions to these rules and regulations can be found at www.petrosuites.com/t-c .  Company agrees to comply with all rules and regulations upon notice to the Member from H&H. Company agrees that posting changes to these terms and conditions on the web address above constitutes notice.
